Wasabi is one of Boise's best sushi and Japanese dish hot spots!
Our establishment is a small, family-owned restaurant started by Hee and Whitney Park in 2014. Since then, we have striven to bring the best and freshest flavors of the ‘Land of the Rising Sun’ to the Boise area, and thanks in large to the amazing support of this wonderful community, we have found a home in this Treasure Valley area.
Starting 2026, their son, Joon, will continue their legacy and operate Wasabi as a second-generation family restaurant. We thank all of our continuing and new patrons as we continue to provide our community with our delicious food and satisfying dining experience.
